A Chef For Education

In August of 2011, I had the honor of photographing five of Manila's most prolific chefs for a landmark charity event that seeked to raise funds to educate a hundred plus culinary student aspirants who needed financial assistance. Chef Colin McKay has made the Philippines his second home, lending his expertise to renowned restaurants like Aubergine at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City.
