OBRA DE LUNA (Creation of Luna) is a historical drama on the life and art of the great Filipino artist-hero Juan Luna, his rise to world acclaim in the art universe of Europe, and his humanly fall into jealous rage that led to murder. Production commences in 2016.

Visioncapture Media filmmakers and producers Frank David Fabros and Evelyn Vargas-Knaebel attend the 68th Festival del Film at Locarno, Switzerland, from August 5-15, taking part in one of the world's foremost film related events to date.
